How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary products. Any parts of the chicken will do.

3. For the marinade, finely grate the peel of one tangerine and squeeze the juice. Put the grated ginger root in it and heat the mixture in the microwave for about a minute. Add chopped garlic, salt, spices and soy sauce.
