I offer a recipe for a wonderful dish worthy of a restaurant menu. Chicken fillet pieces in a creamy sauce with garlic and herbs, served with any side dish, vegetables and pickles. Chicken fillet in a creamy garlic sauce is prepared very simply and quickly. In 25-30 minutes you will have a great dinner. You can add mustard, turmeric, your favorite spices to the sauce.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. - 
                                                    
2. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Put in a pan with sunflower oil. -

3. Cook over medium heat, stirring for 7-8 minutes. - 
                                                    
4. Pour butter into the pan and sprinkle with flour. Melt the butter and mix with flour until smooth, without lumps. - 
                                                    
5. Pour the cream into the pan. -

6. Salt to taste and over low heat, stirring constantly, thicken the sauce. - 
                                                    
7. Pour the chicken fillet with the prepared sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 5-6 minutes. -
