Try making English rice pudding. Delicate, fluffy, aromatic and almost weightless dessert with a creamy taste. English rice pudding can be made from the rest of the rice porridge. If you want a faster option, I recommend using rice polenta. Polenta makes the pudding softer and smoother. Dessert is convenient to bake in small molds and serve in portions.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients. Be sure to consume quality dairy products.

2. For the base prepare rice porridge. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan and add flakes.

3. Stir the rice grains to absorb the melted butter and, stirring, fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Pour in the milk.

4. Boil the porridge for 4-5 minutes until the flakes are ready. If you use whole grain rice, it can take up to 30 minutes to cook the porridge.

5. Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until a stable foam is formed. Mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until the mass increases in size and brightens.

6. Pour the egg yolks whipped with sugar into the still hot rice base and stir intensively until smooth.

7. Add the salt-whipped egg whites to the cooled rice mixture and gently place them in the base with a silicone spatula from the bottom up.

8. Grease the ceramic molds with butter and put the prepared rice base for pudding in them. Bake the pudding in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

9. Serve the prepared rice pudding by pouring berry sauce or sour cream.
