Traditional Soviet pork meatballs with onions, our family prefers chicken meatballs with cheese. They are less fatty, easier to digest by the body. Our family said no to fatty pork chops a long time ago - when our kids started eating the same things we eat. Now we try to cook less fatty and harmful dishes. They replaced the pork chops chicken cutlets with cheese - much less fatty and, frankly, even tastier. The kids just love them and always look forward to making them. I recommend cooking for you too. How to make

1. Mix the minced chicken with the chopped onion in a blender. If you have chicken instead of minced meat, grind it in a meat grinder or food processor.

3. Add grated parmesan and parsley to the minced meat. Mix again. Add salt and pepper.

4. Form meatballs from the minced meat with our hands. For one cutlet - about a spoonful of minced meat. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, fry the meatballs on one side until a crust forms.
