The delicious cake has a delicate structure due to the addition of mascarpone to the cake and an incomparable aroma due to the raspberries. And it is not very difficult to prepare. Fresh berries go best with the cake, but frozen raspberries are also great. If you use frozen raspberries, add them to the cake without thawing. Be sure to let the cake cool, then it will be easy to remove from the mold or cover with baking paper. Such a cake can be made with absolutely any berries.
