How to make

1. Lets start with the dough: mix flour with cocoa and baking powder.

3. Crush the yolks with half the sugar. In a water bath, melt the chocolate. First, pour chocolate into the butter, then the yolks, mix everything.

4. Add all the dry ingredients to the resulting butter-chocolate mixture. Mix well.

5. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar until white foam, carefully mix into the dough.

6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the biscuit dough in a baking dish, anointing with a small piece of butter. Bake for 35-40 minutes (until browned).

7. While the biscuit is baking, prepare the cream. Grind cottage cheese, orange zest and icing sugar with a blender until smooth.

8. Beat the cream until a thick white foam.

9. Mix the cream with the curd part and the curd cream is ready!

10. After the biscuit is cooked, let cool, if possible, cut it into two or three parts. Sprinkle the cakes a little with liqueur or your favorite syrup. Spread the cream evenly on top.
