Fruit puree jelly is very similar to a delicate Turkish delicacy or marshmallow. It is much healthier than store sweets, and drinking tea with it is a pleasure. Any fruit puree can be used, preferably homemade, but it is quite suitable and store-bought. Adjust the sugar to your taste, but remember that gelatin "kills" the sugar and the end result will be not so sweet. If desired, the mass can be poured into bowls and served jelly in them. Jelly is best stored in the refrigerator.
