How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, add the mince and fry, breaking with a spatula, for 5 minutes. Then put the vegetable mixture in the pan. This is how you cut the paprika into strips and add it to all the other ingredients. Mix everything and fry for a few more minutes.
