Cake very tasty, a combination of thin chocolate cupcakes, delicate sour cream and cottage cheese cream, and the berries give an interesting sourness. For the Berry layer, I used a frozen berry mixture (chokeberry, lingonberry, red currant, cranberry, black currant). You can choose berries to your liking. Great for raspberries and strawberries. The amount of ingredients is calculated for cakes with a diameter of 21-22 cm. Agave syrup can be replaced with any other liquid sweetener. The taste of the cake is very homemade, ideal for drinking tea in the family circle.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. In a saucepan, mix sour cream, cocoa powder, diced butter, brown sugar and agave syrup. Heat over medium heat until sugar and butter dissolve.

3. Pour the resulting mass into a bowl, add soda, stir.

4. Then gradually begin to add flour. Knead a homogeneous elastic dough.

5. Divide the dough into 6-7 parts.

6. Roll out each piece 2-3 mm thick. Wake up with a fork. Bake each cake for 3 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

7. Cut each cake, before it cools down, to the desired diameter.

8. Dry the leftovers left over from the cakes in the oven and chop them into crumbs.

9. For cream, beat the butter with icing sugar until smooth. Then add cottage cheese and sour cream, mix with a mixer until smooth.

10. Coat the cakes with the resulting cream. It is more convenient to do this if you put the cakes in a baking ring. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

11. For a layer of berries, heat the berries with sugar, starch and agar. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.

12. Wrap the cake with cling film or baking paper.

13. Put berries on top. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

14. Remove the film, sprinkle the cake with crumbs. Leave for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
