Baked potatoes with ham is a very tasty and appetizing dish with a delicate taste, a real salvation for a lazy or busy hostess, because it takes very little time to prepare a dish. To speed up the cooking process, you can boil the chopped potatoes for 3-5 minutes before cooking. Drain and let the potatoes cool slightly before laying out the layers in a baking dish.

How to make

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet with oil. In a large pan, heat the butter. Add the onion chopped into cubes and fry for 1-2 minutes until the onion becomes transparent.

2. Add the diced ham and fry for 3-4 minutes until well heated. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Mix the cream in half with milk and heat in the microwave for 1 min. Set aside. (You can add salt, but since cheese and ham are salty, salt a little.)

4. Mix two types of grated cheese. Defer.

5. Cut the potatoes into slices 3 mm thick. Put 1/3 of the potatoes in a greased container.

6. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mixture of onions and ham, then sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese and pour 1/3 of the cream mixture. Repeat the layers 2 more times, to finish, sprinkle the top layer with cheese and sprinkle with the remaining cream mixture.
