If you love apple pies but can't make them right now, make baked apples. Apples can be of any variety, the main thing is that they are healthy. If you want, you can leave out powdered sugar or add ground cinnamon to it.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to bake the apples.

2. Put the cornflakes in a food processor and grind them. Mix breadcrumbs and ground cornflakes.

3. Wash, dry and peel the apples. Remove the core with the seeds and cut the apples into thin slices.

4. Dip each square in flour.

5. Put an egg in a bowl, add water and beat with a fork until smooth. Fold the apple slices into the mixture so that they are completely covered.

7. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it. Place the apple slices in a pan and fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
