I usually bake pieces of zucchini in batter in the summer at the summer cottage right next to the gazebo. No summer holiday is complete without this crunchy summer delicacy. Tasty, healthy, great! We serve the Zucchini pieces perfectly with a sauce of mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. You can mix sour cream with finely chopped dill and grated garlic. The dish is quite tasty, but due to the fact that the deep-fried zucchini is not particularly dietary. I always cook a similar dish for a picnic in the village from freshly picked zucchini and it keeps disappearing. Zucchini slices in batter go well with fresh tomatoes. Good luck and good appetite!

How to make

1. Cut the zucchini into slices.
