Pay attention to the recipe! For cooking, it is best to take young zucchini before seeds have formed in them. If you take a ripe fruit, peel it and remove the seeds, and only then fill it with minced meat. It is best to use pork mince or mixed mince, then it will be soft.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash and dry the vegetables.

3. Cut off the ends of the zucchini and cut into circles 1-1.5 centimeters thick. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the zucchini in one layer and salt it.
