White currant a very tasty berry, but there is little aroma from them. Therefore, for the winter, we suggest preparing compote with orange, which will give both color and aroma. Compote is fragrant and perfectly quenches thirst, and in winter it resembles summer. If the compote is prepared correctly, it is perfectly stored at room temperature. If the compote seems very sweet to you, it can be diluted with water.
