Unsweetened cottage cheese casserole is saturated, nutritious and very tasty. This is a great lunch option for the whole family. Very simply, a dish is prepared that can be made by any cook. As fresh herbs, I used a mixture of onion letters, fresh parsley and dill about 20 grams in total. I divided the cheese into two parts, put one part in the curd mass, and sprinkled the second on top to get a delicious cheese crust. If you wish, you can use whole cheese in the curd mass, and it also gets very tasty. My cottage cheese is very dry, with a fat content of 5%, so I only needed 50 grams of flour I might need more.

How to make
-
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse fresh herbs under running water.
-
2. Break the eggs into a large bowl and add salt.
-
-
3. Beat the eggs with a mixer for about 20 seconds until fluffy.
-
4. Add all the cottage cheese to the beaten eggs.
-
5. Using a blender, crush these ingredients until smooth.
-
-
6. Add flour. Flour may be needed more or less, it depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese.
-
7. My cottage cheese is quite dry, so it took only 50 grams to get a viscous curd mass with active stirring.
-
-
8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put half in a bowl with a curd mixture.
-
9. Add finely chopped fresh herbs.
-
10. We mix everything and put it in a baking sheet, leveling it with a spoon. I have a silicone baking sheet, so I didnt smear the bottom and walls with anything.
-
-
11. Spread the remaining half of the grated cheese in an even layer on the surface of the curd mass. Put the casserole to bake in an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
-
12. Remove the casserole from the mold, cool slightly, cut into portions and serve.
