Farmer's pizza from the white pizza category, because it is prepared not with tomato, but with cream sauce. But it doesn't make it worse, I'd even say it's better. I am sharing the recipe, it is very simple.

Wheat flour240 grams

Fresh yeast5 grams

Salt1 pinch

Olive oil2 tablespoons (1 tablespoon in batter, 1 tablespoon for sprinkling before baking)

Bacon3 slices

Mozzarella150 grams

Potatoes2~3 (medium size)

Pickles1 pc (or canned)

Pickled mushrooms50 grams

Sour cream100 grams (or cream)

Dill10 grams

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Pour water into a mixing bowl, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add a pinch of salt, dissolve the yeast.

3. Add flour, knead the dough.

4. Knead the dough with your hands or with a mixer until the dough sticks to your hands. Cover with cling film or a napkin, let it ferment for 1.5-2 hours.

5. While the dough is ,,resting,, prepare the filling. Grate mozzarella, mix with sour cream (or cream).

6. Chop the mushrooms (not too finely), cut pickled or canned cucumbers into strips.

7. Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in salted water until almost soft.

8. Prepared dough patty by hand.

9. Transfer the dough to a baking tray and spread the mozzarella and sour cream sauce on top.

10. Add finely chopped cucumber, mushrooms, boiled potatoes.

11. Pour bacon on top, sprinkle with chopped parmesan, sprinkle with olive oil.
