How to make

1. Bring the turkey broth to a boil. I use wings, but you can use any part.

2. Strain the broth, and put the meat on a plate for the time being. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Pour into a bowl with broth. Put the pot on the stove, start cooking the soup.

3. Peel carrots and onions, wash and chop. Put in a pan with refined sunflower oil. Simmer vegetables over low heat, stirring for 7-8 minutes.

4. Then put onions and carrots in a saucepan. Continue cooking soup.

5. Rinse the rice and add it to the boiling soup. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and rinse. Put in a saucepan.
