How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the stuffed eggs.

2. Cook the eggs after boiling for 12 minutes. Pour cold water over the eggs, cool and peel. Cut the bottom of the egg from the wide side and carefully remove the yolk without damaging the white.

3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it in a bowl. Cut the yolk and add it to the bowl with the cheese, mix.

4. Add mayonnaise, leaving a little to decorate the egg hats, salt and mix.

6. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and place them on plates. Place the eggs cut side down on the leaves.
