Summer is the time to prepare delicious compotes to remember the wonderful time in winter. For compote, choose well-ripe strawberries, without spoils and dirt, this will give a rich taste and color. If the berries are large, they can be cut into 2-4 parts. Choose dense pears so that they do not soften and do not swell in compote, then the compote will be transparent. Compote is perfectly stored at room temperature in a dark place.
