Cooking timeAbout recipe
Stewed beef cheeks are a wonderful dish that I highly recommend making. They just melt in your mouth, and the vegetable and red wine sauce reveal the whole gamut of flavors. Stewed beef cheeks are incredibly tender, wine and vegetables turn into a wonderful sauce. Therefore, you can serve any side dish with them. If desired, add your favorite spices or herbs when cooking, but do not overshadow the aroma of meat and wine, but only slightly supplement it.
