A quick and hearty dish for pasta lovers. You can serve such spaghetti both hot and cold - they will be equally tasty. Any variety of tomatoes can be used, cherry tomatoes are great, they cook quickly. Before serving, spaghetti can be additionally sprinkled with grated parmesan, and parsley can be replaced with basil. Pay attention to the recipe!

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion and garlic, wash the parsley and tomatoes, dry them with paper towels.

2. Heat olive oil in a large pan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic in it for 2-3 minutes.

3. Cut the tomatoes into slices, put them in a pan, immediately add Italian herbs and chopped parsley. Stir gently and simmer on medium heat for another minute or two.

4. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, thin spaghetti is usually cooked for 4-5 minutes. Put the pasta in a colander, as soon as the water drains, immediately transfer it to the pan and mix everything well. Add ground pepper and some sea salt.
