Amazingly tasty, fragrant vegetable and cheese sauce that can be made at home. This sauce will perfectly fit into barbecue, fried chicken or fish, as well as a dressing for salads. It can also be used as a pizza sauce. I highly recommend making this sauce, it is incredibly tasty! Vegetables can be fried in an electric barbecue or on coals. You can use more pepper and less tomatoes or vice versa, but peppers play one of the most important roles in the sauce, so I recommend using them more. Also garlic, if you like, take more. Any cheese, creamy, without a spicy aroma and additives is suitable. You can make more of this sauce and freeze it.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Put sweet peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic in a baking dish, coat with olive oil. Bake in the oven in grill mode at a temperature of 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. Bake until black opal, remove from the oven, cover with foil and leave for 10-15 minutes.

4. During this time, the vegetables will become softer, and the cuticle will peel off much easier.

5. For all vegetables, peel the cuticle and remove the seeds.

6. Put the prepared baked vegetables in a blender bowl, add salt and black pepper. Pour in olive oil.
