Oil with rosemary and garlic will emphasize the taste of your dishes. It can be meat, fish or regular vegetable salads. I use this oil to prepare various dishes. The aroma is incredible! Fragrant oil with rosemary and garlic will make even fresh meat or fish much tastier. And the salad seasoned with this oil will sparkle with new colors and flavors! For those who like sharpness, I recommend putting half the chili pepper. After 3 days, I recommend throwing the lemon away so as not to mold and spoil the taste of the oil.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use unrefined super pure oil. It is advisable to take fresh rosemary, if you do not find it, replace it with dried.

2. Pour oil into a small saucepan and heat to about 40-50 degrees. No need to boil!

3. Put 1-2 sprigs of rosemary, 2 large cloves of garlic (cut into halves), Provencal herbs (optional, but they make it more aromatic), lemon cloves and, if desired, salt and black pepper.

4. Heat for another minute on minimal heat, remove from the stove. Leave the oil to cool.

5. In a suitable container for oil, put a couple of cloves of garlic, and fresh rosemary - 1-2 sprigs.

6. Pour the cooled oil along with lemon, garlic and rosemary. Put in a dark place for 3 days to stand up. After the time has elapsed, you can strain the oil or leave it like that, but in this case the service life will be shorter.
