Raspberry quiche, in other words an open topping pie. It is not difficult to prepare, even a novice housewife can handle it. Follow the recipe and the result will definitely please you with its appearance and taste!

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Mix flour, 50 grams of sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix it up.

3. Rub the cold butter into the bowl with the flour.

4. Start kneading with a spoon. As soon as the dough starts to form lumps, knead with your hands.

5. The prepared dough should be soft, it may crumble a little. Round the dough.

6. Take a 26 cm baking dish, line it with baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold. Distribute it along the bottom, forming high sides. Pierce the base of the cake with a fork. Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

7. Make the filling. Pour sour cream into a bowl, add an egg and 150 grams of sugar. Mix it up.

8. Add 50 grams of flour.

9. Stir. You should get a mass with a consistency similar to cottage cheese.

10. Place the pure raspberries in the baked cake base. Smooth it out.

11. Pour the filling on top. Spread it over the berries using a spoon. Bake the cake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Judge according to the characteristics of your oven.
