Today we produce casserole with pork. This is a great and easy-to-make dish for lunch or dinner. The recipe uses champignons, but they can be easily replaced with any other mushrooms. For taste, you can add a little garlic. You can use cream of any fat content, optimally 18-20%. The higher the fat content of the cream, the more creamy the dish will be.

How to make

1. Before you start cooking, prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut the meat into small pieces and knock it out, covering with a film.

3. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and place them along the bottom of the mold. Sprinkle all layers with salt and spices to taste.

5. Wash the champignons thoroughly to remove dirt, dry and cut into slices. Finely chop the onion. Fry mushrooms and onions for about 5-7 minutes. It does not need to be fried for a long time. It is enough for the mushrooms to shrink a little.

6. Put the baked mushrooms on top of the meat.

7. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix with flour and cream. Keep a little on the fire until the sauce thickens.

8. With the resulting sauce pour all the ingredients in the form.

9. Sprinkle the top abundantly with grated cheese. Place the tin in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for about 45-60 minutes. Follow your oven. 15-20 minutes after the start of cooking, you can cover the top with a sheet of foil so that the cheese does not dry out.
