How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including salt and pepper.

3. Put the broccoli in boiling salted water and boil for 2-3 minutes. after boiling we pour into a colander.

4. Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

5. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until tender. Cool, add garlic, pepper and 15 g of starch.
