In order not to waste a lot of time cooking, I suggest preparing a meat dish and side dish on one baking sheet. The meat is soft with delicious vegetables. Take the recipe! For Pork carbonades, choose a non-muscular one, any part will do. You can use absolutely any vegetables that will fit as a side dish. If desired, add grated garlic to the soy sauce, then they will turn out to be sharper.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and dry vegetables and meat.

2. Wash the young potatoes well with a soft brush and cook in salted water until almost cooked, drain the water.

3. Cut the pork into portions, knock it out, rub it with salt and pepper. Line the baking sheet with foil and lay out the chopped pieces of pork.

4. Finely chop the onion, remove the stalk and seeds of the peppers, chop finely, cut the bacon into pieces. Put vegetables and bacon in a pan.

5. Fry everything over medium heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes.
