For a delicious meal for a special occasion, prepare a pork roast stuffed with apples and cranberries. I am sharing a very tasty recipe for preparing this miracle. You can take any meat: sirloin, ham. The highlight of the dish is the filling and the sauce. The acidity of vinegar, apples and cranberries softens any meat, gives it juiciness, and cider has an interesting taste. You can add apple juice instead of cider, it absolutely does not spoil the taste, but with cider the taste is more pronounced. Fresh or grilled vegetables are perfect as a side dish. How to make

1. Let's prepare the meat. Cut the piece to get an even layer. Beat with a hammer so that the meat is of uniform thickness.

3. Then put the filling in a deep pot, add cider, vinegar, ginger, mustard and spices. Bring to a boil, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

4. Pour the apples and berries into a blender bowl and grind them into a puree. Return the syrup to the heat and evaporate. There should be half as much syrup left.

5. Salt the meat, sprinkle with pepper and place an even layer of apple and berry filling on top.

6. Fix the foil. Roll the meat into a roll. Tie the roll nicely so that it does not lose its shape and the filling remains inside. Brush everything with syrup.

7. Wrap the roll in foil in several layers. Send to an oven heated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
