In order not to waste a lot of time cooking, I suggest preparing a meat dish and side dish on one baking sheet. The meat is soft with delicious vegetables. Use the recipe! For steaks, choose pork, which is not muscular; any piece will do. You can pick up absolutely any vegetables that will serve as a side dish. If desired, add grated garlic to the soy sauce to make it more savory.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash and dry the meat and vegetables.

2. Rinse the potatoes well with a soft brush and boil in salted water until almost tender, dry.

3. Cut the pork into portions, knock it out, salt it and pepper it. Cover the baking sheet with foil and put the pieces of pork.

4. Finely chop the onion, remove the stem and seeds for the peppers, chop finely, cut the bacon into pieces. Put vegetables and bacon in a pan.

5. Fry everything over medium heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes.

6. Put vegetables and bacon on top of the meat.

7. Grease vegetables and meat with mayonnaise.

8. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the pork.

9. Cut the zucchini into rings or slices, peel the onion and cut lengthwise into pieces. Put all the vegetables in a bowl, pour in vegetable oil and mix.

11. Place a baking sheet with meat and vegetables in a hot oven and bake for 45-55 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked. Remove the baking sheet, lay out on plates and serve.
