How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and add a couple of tablespoons of cold water. Lightly beat until smooth.

3. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour in half the egg mixture and toast the omelet, lifting the edges slightly, allowing the mixture to drain to the bottom and brown.

4. When the omelet thickens on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped onions and spinach (half of everything).

5. Place half of the tuna and tomatoes on top.

6. Fold the omelette in half so that the filling is slightly visible and place it on a plate. Repeat everything to cook the second omelette.

7. Serve immediately with toasted bread.
