Minced meat for dumplings is better to cook yourself, you can use a light option - chicken fillet or more saturated meat - pork, beef. Carrots and onions will give the meatballs juiciness and tenderness. If desired, cutlets can be additionally poured with sour cream or tomato sauce.

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, cut the onion into cubes. Wash and dry the fillet, cut into small pieces.

3. Grind all ingredients in a bowl of a kitchen blender.

4. Add one large chicken egg to the prepared minced meat.

5. Add salt, pepper, dry garlic and a tablespoon of flour to the minced meat. Stir thoroughly.
