Use pork for the recipe, add pickles and cheese to the filling. Meat rolls after baking are soft and juicy, perfect not only for the everyday table, but also for the festive one. Personally, I use my own pickles.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut the pork into long pieces, beat with a hammer to get thin sheets. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cut the cheese and pickles into strips.

4. Place pieces of cucumber and cheese on the meat, add some chopped garlic to taste.

5. Roll the meat into rolls.

6. Roll the rolls in flour.

7. Dip the rolls in the beaten egg.

8. Fry the rolls in a pan with butter, first for 2-3 minutes on high heat, then reduce and cook on low heat under the lid for another 15-20 minutes.
