How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Wash and dry the pork. Cut into matchbox sized pieces. Transfer to a bowl.

3. Peel the onion. Remove the seeds from the apples, cut them into slices. Transfer everything to a food processor.

4. Cut the onions and apples into small pieces.

5. Add apples and onions to the meat. Squeeze lemon juice, add pepper mixture, chopped garlic.

6. Mix everything well. Press with your palms to release the juice. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, up to a day. The longer the meat is allowed to sit, the more tender it will be.

7. Before cooking the meat, take it out 20 minutes before cooking. Add salt, mix.

8. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

9. Serve hot.
