Lula kebab can be made not only from meat, but also from fish. It is prepared traditionally on skewers and on the grill, but also at home it gets tasty and hearty. A great option for lunch or dinner for the whole family. Fish mince is quite loose and holds poorly on skewers, so chicken is added. If you want the lula kebab to have a smoky aroma like from the fire, add a little smoked bacon to the minced fish.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Clean the fish and wash it. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.

2. Cut out the pike, remove the bones and grind twice. In the ground pike put the chicken minced meat, salt and pepper. Peel the onion and grate on a coarse grater, put in a bowl, mix everything thoroughly.

3. Add the chopped herbs to the mince, mix well again and beat the mince until thickened. Cover the bowl with minced meat with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Place the crushed fish tightly on wooden skewers.

5. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Add the lula kebabs and fry on all sides until golden brown. Approximately 3 minutes on each side.
