How to make

1. Boil the potatoes and eggs, and in the meantime fry the mushrooms in olive oil (I used chanterelles) until all the liquid evaporates.

2. When the liquid evaporates, add the onion cut into half rings to the mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry the onion until golden.

3. Put the prepared mushrooms on the bottom of the salad bowl.

4. Cool the boiled potatoes and grate on a coarse grater on a layer of mushrooms. Grease with mayonnaise.

5. Also grate cucumbers on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess liquid. Put a layer on top of the potatoes.

6. Then peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Put on a layer of pickled cucumbers and coat with mayonnaise.

7. Grate the cheese coarsely as the last layer.
