How to make

1. So, first, let's prepare all the ingredients.

2. Let's start by making the sauce. We cut the tomatoes in the shape of a cross, put them in boiling water and hold them for 15-20 seconds. Then we pour out the water and put the tomatoes aside - let them cool.

3. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until softened. About 10 minutes.

4. Grate the carrots and add them to the pan with onions and garlic. Stir and cook on medium heat for another 7-10 minutes.

5. Add ground beef to the pan, knead it with a spatula, mix with vegetables.

6. Stir and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat.

7. Then add diced celery.

8. Then - peppers cut into cubes.

9. We mix everything.

10. Grind the cooled tomatoes into a paste using a blender or food processor. Pour the resulting tomato puree into the pan.

11. Mix, add salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

12. Finally, add the chopped parsley, mix and remove from the heat. The filling is ready.

13. Now it's time to make the bechamel sauce. Put the butter in a pot, put it on medium heat, melt the butter.

14. Add the flour and mix quickly to avoid lumps.

15. Continue mixing until smooth.

16. Slowly pour the milk and mix.

17. Stir until the sauce boils. Then remove from heat.

18. Time to start preparing the lasagna. Carefully read the instructions for making lasagna sheets. Some lasagna sheets require pre-boiling in water, some do not. Do as directed. My sheets needed to be boiled, so I put them in boiling water (one at a time or they wouldn't stick together) and boiled them as per the instructions.

19. Carefully remove the lasagna sheets from the boiling water and let them cool slightly.

20. Place a layer of lasagna sheets in a lightly oiled baking dish (if the shape and size of the sheets do not match, the sheets can be cut).

21. Then spread about a third of the filling.

22. Fill with a small amount of sauce (about 1/4 part) on top.

23. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

24. We repeat the same procedure: sheet layer - filling layer - sauce - cheese. Until the ingredients run out (I have 4 layers of lasagna sheets, so 3 layers are filling). On top should be a layer of lasagna sheets smeared with sauce. Place the baking dish in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

25. Take the lasagna out of the oven, sprinkle it with grated parmesan and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes. We take the prepared lasagna out of the oven, let it cool a little, and then serve it to the table.
