Today I invite you to prepare an appetizing, delicious, hearty keto pizza. This pizza differs in that it does not contain carbohydrates, we take only vegetables and proteins. But believe me, the result will surprise you! The basis will be the dough for zucchini, spices, eggs and almond flour. For the filling, you can use any vegetables, I used tomatoes and onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms. Any meat can be used, I love cooked smoked bacon, it perfectly emphasizes the taste of vegetables and adds a light smoky aroma, so pizza is only tastier. You can serve this pizza with tea or coffee.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wash and dry the zucchini, then grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice and put the zucchini in a bowl. Break an egg into the zucchini, add flour, salt, bell pepper and dry garlic.

3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

4. Smear the form with oil, lay out the entire zucchini billet and level it. Transfer the tin to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

5. While the base is baking, chop the bacon, cut the tomatoes and onions into rings, and cut the mushrooms and bell peppers into slices.
