How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat with bread crumbs, grated mozzarella, onions and parsley. Beat in the egg and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Mix the minced meat well until smooth.

4. Make medium-sized meatballs. Arrange on a tray.

5. Heat olive oil in a pan. Arrange the meatballs and cook on one side until browned.

6. Turn over and continue to cook, covered, for a couple of minutes.

7. During this time, put the pasta to cook.

8. Pour tomato sauce into the pan. Add a little water from the pasta to the sauce, mix to your desired consistency. Sprinkle the oregano over the dish, reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

9. Place the pasta on the plates, and place the meatballs with the sauce on them.
