How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. On top of the tomatoes make a cross-shaped incision, pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then remove the skin and chop finely.

3. Pour water into the pot, add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.

4. Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them. Transfer to a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

5. Cut the onion into cubes, squeeze the garlic through a press. Transfer to a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Wash the peppers, remove the stems and seeds. Cut into cubes, transfer to a saucepan and simmer for another 10 minutes.

7. Add salt, sugar, black pepper and vegetable oil. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. At the end, pour in the vinegar and simmer under the lid for another 2 minutes.

8. Put the snack in sterilized jars, close the lid. Turn over, wrap in a towel and leave to cool completely.
