For those who have an ice cream machine, buying ice cream in a store is simply a sin. They can be prepared differently each time, using various additives: chocolate, cookies, fruits, berries... Homemade I would divide the preparation of ice cream into two stages - the preparation of the base and the preparation of the so-called additives. For ordinary ice cream, the base is quite enough. However, if you want to make unusual ice cream, you will have to work a little more with various additives. In this recipe, it's strawberries, cookies and chocolate.

How to make

1. Rinse the strawberries, dry them, cut off the stalks. Keep 100 grams of strawberries, they will be needed as an additive.

2. Shake 340 grams of strawberries into a blender.

3. Put the cream cheese in a blender.

4. Pour medium-fat cream into a blender.

5. Add sour cream.

6. Beat everything until smooth, then pour freshly squeezed lemon juice.

7. Pour sugar and a pinch of salt into a blender.

8. Beat well.

9. Pour the resulting mass into the ice cream maker and continue to cook according to the instruction.

10. While the ice cream is in the cooking machine, finely chop the remaining strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and put in the freezer.

11. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add a tablespoon of heavy cream.

12. Brush cookies or crackers with melted chocolate. Then also put in the freezer.

13. 5 minutes before the end of the preparation of ice cream (most often the process takes about 25 minutes), add the prepared strawberries to the ice cream.

14. Chop the frozen crackers with chocolate into pieces, and also put them in an ice cream maker.

15. Mix everything again and freeze in the freezer.

16. The ice cream is ready!
