Like herring under your coat, but tired of the usual option? Then check out this recipe! The dish is perfect for a festive table. Thanks to the smoked mackerel, the salad acquires a completely different taste and is much more saturated than usual. The cooking time of potatoes and carrots is approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on their size. But beets are better to bake in the oven, wrapped in foil, at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30-50 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a spit. If it penetrates well through the foil, then the beets are ready. If you do not like the pungent taste and smell, onions can be pickled in lemon juice.
