If desired, peel the tomato, hold for a while in hot water, and then hold in cold water, so it will peel off more easily. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the pieces and the type of fish.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of Greek fish.

2. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, put in a pan. Sauté the vegetables, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
