I'm sure all meat eaters will love the original greek cutlet recipe. Out of several dozen options for this dish, I chose, in my opinion, the best - try it and evaluate it! These cutlets can be found in cafes and restaurants throughout the Mediterranean, but their real homeland is Greece, and more precisely, Cyprus. They are called keftedes and are made from minced meat with the addition of vegetables, fruits, cheese, crackers, etc. This recipe for cooking Greek-style cutlets using apple and mint is, in my opinion, one of the best: the keftedes taste very delicate, and the ones themselves juicy and aromatic. There are also many ways to prepare keftedes - they are simply served fried in oil, stewed or fried in sauce, mainly tomatoes. In any case, they are tasty, so choose your option - more dietary or, on the contrary, more high-calorie. Enjoy your meal!
