How to make

1. To prepare the dough, mix 200 grams of softened margarine with 200 grams of sugar with a blender.

3. Rinse the lemon thoroughly and grate the peel, put 1 tablespoon in the dough and continue to stir with a blender.

4. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and vanilla, add to the rest of the mixture and knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest at room temperature.

5. Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and peel them. We grate them on a coarse grater.

6. Cut the lemon from which the peel was previously removed into 2 parts, squeeze the juice of 1 side into the apples and add 0.5 teaspoons of the peel, as well as cinnamon. Put the pan on the fire and pour in the filling, simmer for about 5-7 minutes, then cool.

7. To prepare the crumbs, mix 180 g of margarine, 180 g of sugar and 200 g of flour with a mixer. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, roll out the dough, lay out the filling, put the crumbs on top.
