How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.

2. Wash and dry the chicken legs. Mix turmeric, paprika and black pepper. Season the chicken legs and place in a bowl. Cover the bowl and leave for 30 minutes.

3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat and fry the chicken legs on both sides until golden brown.

4. Place the fried drumsticks in a deep pot and add chopped garlic.

5. Pour milk over the chicken legs and place on medium heat.

6. Bring everything to a boil, season with salt, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover. Cook for 35 minutes.

7. Mix the flour into 50 milliliters of milk until smooth. Pour it into the pot with the chicken legs and milk while stirring. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
