How to make

1. Rinse the leek and chop. Salmon fillet is cut into portions.

2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. On it, fry the leek until golden.

3. Pour water, add bay leaf. We bring to a boil.

4. Add the diced potatoes. We boil until ready.

5. After 5 minutes, add the salmon.

6. Add cream, mix well.

7. Mix starch with water. Put in the soup, stir until thickened.

8. At the end put a piece of butter. Remove the soup from the stove, let it splash under the lid for 15 minutes.
