How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Pour all the kefir into a bowl and beat the egg. Mix with a whisk.

3. Add sugar, salt. Mix with a whisk.

4. Sift all the flour, add soda.

5. Knead the dough, the consistency of which resembles a thick pancake dough.

6. With the finished dough, fill the pastry bag without a nozzle.

7. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat a large amount of vegetable oil. Cut off the tip of a pastry bag with dough and carefully squeeze the "sausages" into the heated oil. Fry the donuts until golden brown. Then use a colander, remove the donuts from the oil, put them on a paper towel, removing excess oil.
