The soup is quite hearty and very tasty. A wonderful smell is given to the soup by mushrooms. To prepare this soup, you will need mushrooms and vegetables that will become its basis. How to make

1. Boletus is best suited for this recipe. If they are frozen, leave them overnight in the refrigerator to gradually defrost. Then rinse them under running water, wipe and dry. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.

2. Wash and peel the onions and garlic. Drain and finely chop with a sharp knife.

3. Heat olive or any other oil in a pan and add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally until golden brown.

4. Transfer all the contents of the pan to a saucepan and pour water. Then put on the stove and bring the soup to a boil. Add grits. Cook until browned, add salt and spices.
