Cucumber rolls are a great snack. I tried it for the first time while visiting my friend who has been living in Greece for a long time. There, I made my own cucumber rolls for the first time. A very tasty dish and it looks very original.

How to make

1. Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Use cleavers or your hands and a knife to cut the long-fruited cucumber into sufficiently thin slices.

3. We place them in a row on a paper towel so that it absorbs unnecessary liquid.

4. Finely chop the olives, dill and sun-dried tomatoes with a knife.

5. Mix feta cheese with yogurt in a convenient bowl, add lemon juice.

6. We add all the chopped components, pepper and mix well.

7. Now the fun begins - we roll the rolls.

8. Place a spoonful of the filling on the end of the cucumbers.

9. And we start spinning. One cucumber strip makes two rolls because we cut each strip in half. We roll the rolls tightly enough, and then prick them with toothpicks.
