Prepare delicious, golden, fluffy, very tasty cottage cheese donut. These donuts were made for me by my grandmother when I was a child. It's a very simple recipe, which is why I remember. Choose cottage cheese with the highest fat content available to you, I have 9 percent. I use vinegar-encased soda, if desired, replace 1\/2 teaspoon of baking powder. It is important that the oil is odorless (i.e. refined) and enough of it to completely cover the donuts when frying.

How to make
-
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
-
2. Put all the cottage cheese in a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt.
-
-
3. Actively mix all these ingredients, you can use a blender.
-
4. Sift the flour into the curd mass and add vinegar-quenched soda.
-
5. Knead the soft dough, it almost does not stick to the hands.
-
-
6. Roll this dough into sausage and cut into equal pieces from which to roll out the balls. The weight of my one such ball is 23-25 grams.
-
7. In a saucepan over medium heat (or even slightly lower than medium heat), heat vegetable oil for deep frying and put balls of cottage cheese dough in small portions in well-heated oil. Fry the balls of donuts until golden brown. Place the prepared donuts on a paper towel, thereby getting rid of excess oil.
